Mizuno Philippines

Mechanics:

1. A customer can avail of a Mizuno Christmas Stamp card for a minimum purchase of any item worth P3,000, or by presenting their Mizuno Prestige Card.
2. The total value of the transaction will dictate how many stamps the person can avail. Only one card can be validated per receipt. The customer can only move on to the next level if he completes the previous one.
3. The customer must present the card to our retail staff upon purchase to get the corresponding number of stamps. A no promo card, no stamp, no extension policy will be strictly implemented across all Mizuno Stores. We will no longer validate the promo card once the customer leaves the register area.
4. In case the customer will be buying a triple star blue item, he/she automatically gets all the promo card rewards.
5. Claiming of rewards:

Summary of Rewards:

First P5,000 accumulated purchase – 10% off on Mizuno Items

First P10,000 accumulated purchase – P500 Gift Certificate

First P15,000 accumulated purchase – 15% off on Mizuno Items

Completing all the stamps – P1,000 Gift Certificate

Three Blue items – P1,000 Gift Certificate

Completing the card plus purchase of three blue items – P5,000 GC

Gift Certificates may only be claimed at Mizuno Magallanes for Metro Manila customers and Ayala Cebu for Cebu customers.

Rewards restrictions:

1. The same restrictions apply for Gift Certificates. Customer can combine his/her gift certificates but can only use them in Mizuno Magallanes. They are not valid with any other discounts and promotions. GCs are valid until December 1, 2012.
2. The discount vouchers cannot be combined nor used in conjunction with any other discounts and promotion.
